I could never have imagined how much new I could do and learn here at Dispelix. I think the beauty of Dispelix is that you don't know what the future holds from tomorrow to week one to two or three years because the technology is always changing and evolving so knowing that you don't know in the future other than you're about to change it is super exciting from that standpoint. AR is a growing space and at Dispelix we are on the forefront of amazing technology. Our product is delivering beautiful colors and vibrant vibrant imagery that really can't be delivered with any other type of AR. Dispelix has had explosive transformational growth and it is an adventure let me tell you when we first started we had a small budget we had amazing leaders a concept that was hard to digest in the beginning for a marketing executive but once everybody got on board and really dedicated themselves to the cause we just really rolled up our sleeves got going and just to see all that hard work pay off it's just tremendous it's amazing. We have 28 different nationalities in our company and that is a richness. I came to the company after finishing my doctorate in Aalto and I work now as a manufacturing engineering producing the best waveguides that we can. Well the culture here at Dispelix is very open and diverse. What's great about the culture at Dispelix is that you have multiple people from multiple countries. What I found most rewarding working in Dispelix is being able to interact with so many talented people and having all these kind of different ways of viewing stuff is really enriching for my work and for the development of the products that we make here. The best thing here at Dispelix is that everyone is respected and everybody's voice is heard every step of the way. I found working culture here in Dispelix open-minded and hard-working and especially the atmosphere is very humorous and I like it. In future Dispelix will be in front of all eyes and Dispelix products will be involved to making everyday life easier and better for all people. We are the future I mean we're working with the world leaders today that are you know prototyping the best smart glasses for consumer you know adoption so we anticipate being a huge part of that process and being the best of the best.
