My name is John Chitano and I went from working at a recruiting agency to starting my own six-figure recruiting business to launching the Recruiting Accelerator Program, which has helped over 120 people start and grow their own profitable recruiting businesses. With these systems in place, you'll be booking two to three calls per week with potential clients. Fourth step is using a candidate-focused sales process on your client calls, which places the hiring manager's attention on the one thing they care about, the candidate. Once you sign your first client, the fifth step is to recruit high quality, passive candidates who aren't actively posting their resumes online. And the last step is hiring a virtual recruiting team so that you can focus your time on getting new clients and growing your business.
