Here's a quick version of how they work. Let's say you purchase a home in a place that you and your family love to visit. Maybe it's by the beach. Maybe it's by the beach. Unfortunately, it's not as easy as purchasing a property in your favorite vacation destination, putting it on Airbnb, and expecting to make money.
